The twin room had upgrades and was brand-new, creating a lovely romantic atmosphere. the room included central heating, an iron and ironing board, and coffee/tea making facilities. - the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped.

we had twin room, and it was tastefully decorated with about 14 bunk beds in-nothing else.

The staff we met were awfully rude.

This was a very good trip, I did not want to leave there. The stuff where very amiable, affable, would stay there again. Magnificent location for visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. A cool bonus was River Cafe Firenze, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

This place has a comfortable and nicely laid out design, with friendly staff, an excellent restaurant, a pleasant location, and convenient private parking nearby.

The breakfast was nice with italian coffee, dairy free options and also cookies, the staff was exceptionally friendly and affable.

The location is marvellous and incredible, close to the center. the interior design is modern. - It is so close to most main attractions on both sides of the Arno river. - the proximity to restaurants, bars, and an old-style original palace is a plus. the location was particularly good and lovely for walking around a medieval stone bridge. It was close to the bridges with lovely views and walkways. 3. the area had the best unpretentious bars and restaurants. 4. Located on the quieter side of the river, near Ponte Vecchio.

Got a beautifully decorated and romantic room with a spacious double bed - always a bonus. the mattresses were a bit thin, but did the job just fine. the service was top-notch, left me totally satisfied. 😊

palazzo martellini was an incredible stay in florence, even better than my last visit. the hosts were warm, the location unbeatable near ponte vecchio and palazzo pitti, and the room was spacious with a beautifully hand-painted ceiling. the free pasta and cheap breakfast were icing on the cake.
